    Hi

We just remove side panel LHS. rermove control board and disonnect pump and wires to motor and heater. Then prize off band that holds the outlet hose on. Take off rubber mount and ease out the motor. Replace in reverse. Takes about 20 to 30 mins depending on if BI or freestanding.

    Hope this helps

This one has got the motor in the middle and no way of getting in to the motor or pipes.

    Hello again

We have done loads of these motors (heat pumps) and the way I described removal is how we do it.
The motor is in the middle yes but with the board out of the way there is more than enough room to do the job. Done 2 this week already.
I can only say how we do it. Good Luck

You should see the hose clip to the right of the pump. Either cut it with side cutters or as Rickard says prize it off.
Remove the rubber mount at the back of the motor then pull it back off the sump at the same time as twisting it in a clockwise direction. Where it connects to the sump it’s just a push fit, nothing to undo.
Fitting the new one is just the reverse, the new pump should come with a replacement clip.
