E25 is a drain pump error, is the appliance draining, is the pump cver in place?

Hello Bob. Yes the pump is fine and draining ok. It errors with the E25 code not long after a cycle is started.

If you were to fill and empty it by cancelling the cycles it empties perfectly.

(The electronics detect an increased load on the drain pump and
switch it off. An error code is saved in the electronics.)

taken from the service manual, i would be checking the drain hoses and outlets, as it looks as if its error is at the end of the pre wash empty cycle.

…..also a close look at the impellor as there could be something (like string or hair even) wrapped around the shaft. Not enough to prevent draining but sufficient to interrupt the electronics that control it (as Bob said). In fact if the module detects a blockage it turns the pump on and off in an attempt to clear any temporary blockage (all clever stuff eh? :rolls:)
