Hi has anyone much experience on these. Machine drains ok,pauses, wash pump kicks in, then E24. Doesn’t let any water into the machine.

I’ve tried a aquastop valve and reed switch. Also cleaned the optical sensor. Still getting the fault. The heat exchange tank is full of water. So……. is the machine not releasing the water that’s stored (faulty valve) or is the slight amount of gunge in the tank causing a issue. I know the tanks on bosch logixx can give a similar problem.
    thanks in advance

    update:

changed tank, no better. What is the resistance reading of the drain pump? Pumps fine, but does E24 relate to pump being out of it’s range?

    Thanks

A blocked/stiff heat pump or loose drain pump access cover can also cause e24
