    The customer appears to have entered a program reset/ setup as PO is showing in window. I believe it need resetting, any advice of how to reset or reprogram would be appreciated. John

    Won’t just switching off the On/Off switch and then shutting the door not cancel that out?

    That didn’t work, have advised her to contact Siemens.
