Siemens SN65M031GB/14 Int’ Dishwasher

Good afternoon,

I’m wondering if any help can be obtained with a problem on the above dishwasher?

Essentially, nothing happens when any programme is selected.

For example a programme is selected. (appropriate programme led flashes, as does time remaining display) start button pressed, and above lights remain lit.

However, when the door is closed nothing happens… i.e. no drain, water drawn or wash action… the led’s remain lit, but nothing, including no error code/s!

I initially removed the water in the system, and found some glass in the pump impellor, as I suspected the drain pump was faulty, as it was/isn’t draining.

I’ve tried re-setting the programmes several times, and suspect the main electronic control module.

I’m wondering if there is a test procedure for this dishwasher?

Door catch problem maybe? The machine may need adjusting (levelling) so that the door closes fully.
