    Siemens WD14H320gb/02
    Their was no airflow on dryer, so unblocked fan chamber but now no power to Dryer heater, the resetable states each side of heater are OK.
    What do you think is the problem
    Their is a NTC fitted to the fan chamber and a tempeture limiter
    Above gasket.
    I run out to time, I was running late for next call.
    Is it possible the heater does not come on when fan starts on this machine and I was a bit to quick.
    User on holiday for next few days and is anxious I repair when she gets back. Any ideas

    There are 3 resettable TOC’s on this one. Two either side of the heater and one hidden away on the front heater duct near the door boot.

    Also there is an NTC located on that duct, as you mentioned. So it may be you just need to reset the duct one. :tup:

    Removed control panel and reset.
