Siemens w/m test mode

HI

Does any one know how to access the test mode on Siemens Washing machine WXLS122GB/05.

The problem the customer said they have with this model, was intermittant spin and not pumping out very well.

Customer does 2-4 washes in a day and its on every couple of days.
It does not always error out and can fail once in any 4.

I have been out now and there is no mention of any fault code showing up. But cant access test and fault code info.

The fact that the customer said after it has stopped at some point in the cycle she resets and turns it to drain and spin and it does it, tells me there is something it has not done during the wash, not a drain and spin problem.

Brushes part worn but ok.
No blockages in sump or drain hoses.
Heating ok.
Levels ok

It has many sensors on this model as well as a traditional pressure switch.
there is a sensor on the inlet valves, one in the lower drum and one next to the pressure switch.

When it has errored out according to the customer there is a Hydro something in the display? but she cant remember.

Also the start pause light changes from blue to red when on?

Any info appreciated.
