Just spoken to this customer on the phone.
not sure about this Enr number, he has given me, WM50301GB/01.
He insists it is WM5***, could it be WMS..?
He says that when set to any wash programme the control knob clicks right through to spin, no fill or wash.
Any thoughts/suggestions?

It might be that the inner timer knob drive latch has broken? Comes as a complete kit (t/stat and timer knob etc) Part No: 261029.
I can’t think of another reason it would skip past wash TBH. 😕
