Hi,
I have been out to the above machine.
The initial fault was the machine would beep and the tap light would flash after around 20 secs and then the machine would stop. The water would just trickle extremely slowly into the soap drawer, before it beeped and stopped.
I replaced the valve unit and now the machine beeps and the tap light comes on, but it does carry on and goes through the cycle. The flow rate of the water coming in to the dispenser has improved, but it is still not flowing in very fast. The water pressure is fine and the dispenser is new, so I can’t see that being an issue.
Has anyone come across this?, or can shed any light on what I am missing.

was wondering about your light
there is a reed sw flow meter on these valves was thinking the info may not be getting to the board. Either through bad connection or damaged wire
