Siemens washing Machine

Hi Guys,
Siemens washing machine E12.46. Customer said it stopped short of the spin 16 mins to go and when she went to spin it displayed F21. This machine is 3 years old. It will not lock the door or get passed the display. I checked the motor brushes, the pressure switch,the element ,the pump, Is it a PCB . I wouldn’t have said it was a siemens fault to pop a board.
If I could get it to reset ? It has the static sensor panel on the facia , but I’m stumped on this one !

I dont know if its the same reset system as the Bosch when it shows F21. The Bosch reset is – turn dial to spin, hold in spin speed button , turn dial one click clockwise, release botton, turn dial to off. Hope that helps.

I will give it a shot. I find a lot of the bosch and siemens are similar but the facia has a chrome static touch-panel so I’m not sure if it will respond but all suggestions are welcome .
