Siemens Washing Machines in Australasia?

Going by posts in these forums and from information elsewhere, it would appear that Siemens washing machines (in Europe) have a good reputation for build and reliability.

As far as I’m aware, these washing machines are not (yet) available “down under”. Does anyone know when and/or if Siemens washing machines are to be available in Australasia? ❓ ❓

Siemens are the same as Bosch but usually cost more as they have a slightly higher spec. (usually more sound proofing that’s all). From your other post you have spotted Bosch are in Oz and as Siemens are their parent company I’m sure they too have a foothold downunder by now? 😉
