    I have a siemens E14-44 e. nr. WM14E442/13 FD8909600174

    I’m getting F18 error code. I think that has something to do with the pump cover. i used the black drain hose and emptied everything but I can’t open the pump cover. It will only turn a small ways to the left but not enough to be able to remove it.

    Any ideas?

    Sounds like something is jammed inside the pump. Turn machine onto its back , try turning it back and forth. If that doesn’t work pump off. And remove what ever is jammed inside. hth 😀
