Well maybe so Geoff but TBH that would render it BER as the power module is way over the top. They are a bugger to access and time consuming at best but a cursory inspection of the track side of that board may show a relay burnt problem?
I’m assuming at this point you have checked that the motor is 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}? Brushes OK? No earth leaks there?…..motor is the main suspect after all in spite of it being able to tumble OK (seemingly?).
Any earth leakage anywhere can cause errors of this nature so both water and dryer elements need meggering as does the dryer fan.
My gut feeling = motor first port of call, 2nd = power module. 😥
