Siemens WM12B180GB/07 (Extra Klasse)

I am unable to reset this machine and clear the error code..after fitted a new interlock…tried a few I knew and some on you tube …none worked.. any advice welcome. this appears to be a cheaper version machine..?? John

normally there is no reset after a door lock

what fault are you getting

what resets have you tried ?

Hi Dave, E16 .. turn to 6 0 clock hold in spin for 5 seconds release turn to 12 o clock

are you still getting E16

this is the older type heater lock. have you checked board for damage ?
