you would not replace one shock on your car and washing machines are no different. if the new one is tight and the rest are loose then the sensor will detect this and cancel the spin
what you need to decide is — “is it worth the price to change the other 2 shock in the hope it cures it ”
might well cure the problem but we cant promise
