    Hi, my Siemens WM16S770DN takes twice as long to complete a wash cycle as it used to.

    It typically says that there is 1 minute left for about 30 minutes. Eventually it does complete the full wash cycle. I don’t notice any difference whether I choose one wash program or the other. It seems to be the washing cycle that takes extra long time.

    I hope someone can suggest a solution?

    Maybe it is not heating the water? Does the door glass get warm during the wash part of the cycle?
