KeymasterWM71631/01 FD7309 Seriel00653 has no drum action and neither door cannot open from button. If I select for washing indicate the door locked and start to fill water and further nothing… No error…
If select spining program also starts to pump out and also no drum action and neither error… at the end of program cannot open door from button.

Hi Baron
The door lock may think it still has a certain amount of water left in the drum. You could drain appliance down at filter and then try again. The same goes for the spin cycle also, ie certain level of water detected- No spin.
PS – This has a manual door unlock behind filter door just like the Miele 😉Greg

KeymasterI know but it is no water inside now… It has one “water sensor” on one tube and also overflow sensor. I have tried with that sensor dismantled from his case, to get in spin cycle but nothing…

Ok assuming brushes and motor check out ok, then I would be looking personally towards interlock or module fault, as you have checked the pressure system already 😉

Had low insulation on heaters hold door locks on, may be worth eliminating first before ordering modules!!!

Greg, I have tested today.
After entering in test program, first it shows F10. I have set it for motor test and it worked without any error. It is already in third probe and goes OK. 8)I didn’t find anything wrong before getting into test.
Please, what means F10 (I don’t have error list for this machine). :bounce:Thanks 8)

Hi Baron
F10 is no communication between power module and motor control PCB.Either faulty PCB/s or loom connection fault.

KeymasterNICEEEE….
I can not explain how it’s possible to repair or remove one problem without doing anything, only getting into test (without touching any cable or module). Thanks’ again GREG…
