ParticipantEvening,
I’m trying to download the user manual for this dryer but all I can find on Siemens site is the installation guide and something about a woolens basket! Mainly the page on how the dryer ends, as in what is in the display and what lights are on if any.
Help!Ta.

Bit of a siemens download cock-up that’s for sure 🙁
Download the WT36V394GB instead as they are pretty much identical. 😉

Cheers Martin.
After varying lengths of time this dryer stops with the filter / hose light on and three bars in the display. I had it running for 90 minutes yesterday and all was well until I left. They say it normally stops after 10 or 15 minutes. The machine is spotless and the vent is perfect. Any thoughts?
Tim.

I can only imagine it is a fault with the exhaust NTC.

Where is it located on this model? Do you have any idea how you get to it? Thanks.

It’s a very basic dryer this one
and the NTC is located on the heater box.September 11, 2014 at 4:25 pm #419086timdowning

I thought you were meaning the ntc that is at the front, normally embedded in the filter area.

I looked at the parts breakdown and it appears not to have an exhaust NTC. 🙁

The heater unit appears to incorporate an NTC and thermostat on the top plate (both separately replaceable) and a device (wired to the heater, mounted on a separate bracket and not individually replaceable).

Martin it does have the front ntc, item 0216. Is this the one you were referring to originally?

Ah, yes, but apparently dropped from the GB/11 version, unless the diagram is wrong.
