I have purchased privately this Siemens tumble dryer which is meant to be hi-tech machine, but since the very beginning it has caused problems by skipping minutes even hours from drying cycle programmes. We have tried every programme there is and cleaned, emptied and followed all of the instructions but it still ends with cutting short the programme and leaving clothes undried.If the programme is, example 1hour and 38 minutes, the machine will start and after a few minutes (10/15 minutes) it will skip to 9 minutes or so, and after it finishes it leaves clothes still wet.
The seller is happy to help, and has advised me to see if I can find anyone to help and he is prepared to pay for that, in order to get the machine fixed, if it is something doable and not that expensive.
