Siemens WT6200GB/04 dryer

got a siemens wt6200 gb/04 vented dryer that is senser dry p.c.b but only brings on the heater when it tumbles one way and shuts off when it reverses its got two arms on top of the drum with carbon brushes attached to the ends which i take is how it sensor drys have cleaned them up although there didnt look to much wrong with them,got idea have a board problem just wonder if anyone else had much exeperince with these many thanks in advance.

Normally takes at least 5 mins, normally more before it actually starts heating properly.
