Has anyone heard of above appliance ive got 1 to look at that was noisy on spin and banging, now wont spin. This is a warranty job so i will have to make visit, any info would be great.

i have been to a few sital if it same one it is same as teknik and such like.i have had 3 with the same fault where the 10mm bolts which hold the 4 legs of the bearing hub on the back of the outer tub come out and cause the drum to run off square and throw the belt off.i delivered 2 to one customer with this fault and it cut the var stat and holed the tub.so check for bolts lying in the base of machine.
