Siltal fridge freezer no model number

Hi, I am in need of a replacement lower door shelf and the bottom freezer door of my Siltal Esto EBIFF 5050 intregrated fridge freezer but I can’t find the model number anywhere. I only have a serial number 7T0167B00032. Can you help me find out where I can buy replacements?

I can see the label but it does have a model number nor make. Found an old user book that mentioned Siltal and a label that says Esto EBIFF5050 but that is it. Can’t seem to upload the pic onto here as says not enough memory.

is there anyway to find out by the serial number?

unless its on the lable or round the back no
serial numbers change with every unit so its impossble to guess
