Simpson 5.5 always out of balance

5 Days ago we purchased a new out of the box Simpson 5.5 Eziset Model # 365550m—serial #93052982– PNC# 913041000—01
We set it up with a spirit level as per instructions, every load went out of balance and didn’t switch off. the last out of balance the washer pulled the power leads out of the wall. Is this its out of balance switch? (Joke)
We have had washers for 43 years of our marriage and never had this much trouble before. Did we get a dud?

Theres no no transit bolts as such only strapping under washer to keep bowl in place /There hasnt been any issues with OOB problems I would contact retailer to organize something under Warranty

Thanks for all your help. Installer failed to remove 3 packing straps fom underneath the washer. Again Thankyou 😀
