    Hi
I have a 11 year old simpson enviro 130 washer Model 45S130A that needs a new drum spider, bearing seal, inner and outer bearing. does anyone know where to get these parts or if there is a matching european machine or part number
I f I can’t get the parts I am thinking about buying an ISE5, because I like the concept of fixing rather than throwing away, are these good machines
    Thanks for any replies

You have a big problem……. Ozzie washer in Oxford. As far as I can tell, there are only limited spares available left in Oz and I can’t find a drum support showing anywhere. The bearings and water seal you could probably source from any competent transmission specialist as they will be “generic” components, but not the drum support.

The ISE5 and 10 machines are both excellent products. The 5 is a solid, reliable, quiet family washer; the 10 is almost an industrial standard laundry machine. Both are AAA rated with excellent warranties in their class. Service through your local sales agent, so no bl@@dy call centres, is a good incentive as well!

As an ISE agent myself, I will admit to being biased, but I sell the machines steadily with few problems and have over 300 happy customers to date. People like the personal service angle and the slightly different ethos of the ISE concept.

There has to be a certain irony there….. Shipped from Europe to Oz and brought back to England and no way of knowing what parts are involved. Gorenje are alive and well still – perhaps contacting them for advice might get a few answers?

    Thanks for your replies
I guess 11 years for a machine that cost the equivelent of 300 pounds isn’t to bad. I will go and look at the ISE at my local agent
    Thanks again
