    Following Phidoms post about D & G protocols and rates.

    Would it be possible for people to inform others what charges they make to Third Party companies.

    I too was looking to fill in the D & G form but wasn’t sure what rates to put down. If I remember correctly they also had sections on Health & Safety. 😯
