Site slow and down(ahhhhgggg)

We are having a few problems at the moment which we are well aware of and solutions are being sought. It’s way over my head but, its to do with the server we are hosted on, and then its root cause is a.n. other person sapping all the juice from it.

Bear with us and we’ll sort it.
