Is there a problem with these doors? I have one customer who has had the door “stick” about 4/5 times in the last 2 years.. Did it for him about 3 weeks ago and he has just left a message to say it has happened again!
The thing just goes off at an angle and needs to be taken out and put back.. Nothing seems to be broken or worn and the runners etc. are fine.
any help appreciated
