    HI everyone!

Noob here. I have a Neff SM6P1F (S41T69N1GB) dishwasher that has stopped sending water up to the top spray arm. After doing a bit of research, I came across this old thread https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/forum…m-not-rotating with the same issue I have.

I have done basic checks on the machine, taken the pipework off inside and checked it’s not blocked and I have checked the drain pump etc. and all is fine. However, I have noticed when I peer into the heat pump in the bottom of the machine, that the outlet that supplies the spray arm has white plastic across it which I assume is the diverter. It’s obviously stuck as after a couple of cycles it hasn’t moved.

I am guessing it’s a whole new pump required (if anyone knows which one I need it would be appreciated!) but before I buy it, is their a controlling circuit board that moves this or is it independently controlled? I don’t want to replace the pump to be faced with needing a circuit board as well, as that makes it all uneconomic to repair.

    Advice appreciated. 🙂

    Thanks!
    Jon

1 the pump and the divertor are seperate parts
the divertor is controlled by the main control board

to look up the machine i need the complete Enr number and FD number

Thanks Dave! I don’t suppose there is an online tutorial for the replacement of this? I’m fairly handy (replaced my washing machine pump successfully!) so happy to do it, just wondered if there was anything available?

    Cheers

not seen any vid or anything. you could search utube

whole base of machine has to come off to do it so its not a quick job

before you jump in check the wiring to it from the board and open the board and look for damage

Would those boards be behind the door on the top panel?
