Hi there, my smart drive won’t fill with water when I press the start button.

If I take the lid off and hold the small button in near where the lid was released, the water will start to fill for a few seconds and then stop. It will repeat the start fill/stop fill process a few more times until it stops all together. Once it stops, the third light from the top left will flash with a beeping sound.

In diagnostic mode, I can get the cold and hot water to run into the machine, and then empty the water back out again.

    Any ideas? :rolls:

    Cheers

Simplest solution Would be A Faulty Out of Balance Micro switch
Terminals Corrode & Washer thinks It is Out Of Balance
It can Also be related to many other factors IE Main PCB or Rotor postion Sensor

Run The Sticky & see if Can Post FAULT CODE

Yup, pump block error. It’s a twist fit from underneath – power off if handling it.
