    When the rinse cycle starts, these LEDs flash Final Rinse; Hot; Cold. And the cycle freezes
    After every 4th flash there is a string of beeps

    The machine trys to rinse, however it only gives a little pulse/kick.

    The spin cycle works OK

    Is it filling cold water ?????
    try a cold only wash

    Yes it fills with cold water.
    But no rinse, Spin works OK
