Smartdrive 051 not filling

Machine was working fine, all taps and hoses look correct, however the machine now only fills for about 2 or 3 secs before cutting out, it then waits and restarts to fill again only for a couple of secs, after 5 attempts the machine stops and the 4th light from the left comes on and stays on, the machine beeps until you turn the machine off.

I have repeated the process to get the water to the low level but the machine will not progress to the next step, I can manually advance to the rinse cycle and it will drain but will not advance to the spin cycle
