    Hi there my smartdrive 053 keeps tripping in the spin cycle back to the beginning.
    we checked all the hoses etc but to no avail and help here in nz is very slow 🙁
    The lid sensor is not working and wondering if his could be one of the main problems.

    The machine will definitely not spin if the lid switch is not functioning. It should not revert the programme back to start however.

    I’d run the diagnostics, see what comes up and report back.

    Try replacing the Lid switch first using a 03 model with a faulty lid switch will blow the module you have been lucky.

    Warning F&P modules are at 240 v to earth UNPLUG
