Smartdrive 058 starts filling ok and then slows to trickle.

Hi,

I have a Smartdrive 058 – it starts filling ok and then slows to trickle – the cycle will complete but takes a 2+ hours becaus the bowl fills so slow.

I switched cold and hot around and it is the same (eg. put cold pipe into hot and did a hot wash).

When it starts filling slow, if I turn it off and on again and then start the cycle from beginning it fills at full speed – then starts to trickle in after a while.

What should i check? Or what is likely to be broken.

At the moment my temp solution is just to fill with a hose from the tub 🙂

Replace the fill valve.

Ok thanks. Do you have a part number for this? Or can describe it? (I’m quite new to this stuff but have replaced a few things RPS, controller etc)

Last night I swapped the wires on the hot and cold solenoids inside the machine and swapped the inlet pipes around and it’s working great, just can’t do hot washes. I do want to fix it correctly though.
