smartdrive 500 (00100101) machine pumps out the water

Hi
My smartdrive 500 comes up with the same error code (00100101) however the machine pumps out the water it just will not spin. Any ideas what the problem could be.

If it pumps out, but won’t spin with that fault code, it presumably thinks it’s still full of water. You need to check that the air pressure hose running up the side of the casing to the module box is not trapped, pinched or full of water. If all clear, there may be a problem with the actual pressure switch itself. This can be a bit awkward, as it is part of the control board – a fault means replacement of the lot.
