Hello. Just put a load through it today and noticed the final spin doesn’t sound as fast and seems to lack acceleration power. The agitation is ok and heavy duty wash has the normally stronger agitation, just the spin seems weaker. Not sure if the drive circuit uses a different set of mosfets for agitation/spin or if it uses more of them to get the power up for spin and maybe a couple have failed….or even if the CPU has decided it only wants to spin it slower. No error codes as per diag instructions. Is this common and is there a known fix? Might be putting the scope on it otherwise and making sure all mosfets are being driven.

    Thanks

Out of balance operation, dodgy lid switch and wiring or excess foam can all cause slow spinning.

If you’re going down to board level I’m afraid you’re on your own.

Thanks. I found not only a dry jointed drive FET but a component that has never been properly soldered in place since it was made. Pretty poor QC by F&P! All fixed now 🙂
