    I have the washing machine on these settings.
    Short Wash, Cold, Medium water level. The machine has 3 towels in it.

    Machine fills to medium then beeps and Med High light comes on. After filling more the Short wash light flashes and the high water light flashes and machine beeps.

    If I then pause and progress to spin the machine drains water but doesnt spin.

    I have tried the diagnostic test that Penguin recommends but I get no beeps and no error lights.

    What am I doing wrong. This machine was given to me has been sitting for a while I replaced bearing and seal – std fault but thats all.

    It’s telling you that it’s overloaded for your settings. Check that the drum is not jammed on the drive splines (lift and turn, should move freely) and that nothing is caught under the edge of the agitator, jamming it.
