    Have a 500 series phase 1 machine getting into a constant loop when it reaches the rinse part of the wash cycle. At rinse it agitates twice (once each direction) and pump runs for about 30 to 40 seconds (even if no water in bowl) then stops for a few seconds then runs again. This goes in a continuous loop if left.

    Have another 700 machine, which works fine. Swapped over the display unit from 700 to the 500 (after size reset) and all ok..

    No need to respond to this enquiry anymore, as I’ve solved the fault myself. Was a problem with the Display module daughter board which contains the pump switch + water level sensor circuitry.
