smeg 16aaa (1600 spin ) bearing failures

Has anyone had early bearing failures on these 1600 spin smeg autos?

Not had any here. In fact neither Craig or I can recall replacing any Smeg bearings and we see a few Smegs. 😕

I’ve done a fair few of the older SMEGs – two bearing machines – every one has come down to drain out issues.

I’ve yet to do any of the new style ones.

no but heard some noisy ones while attending other appliances and kept my mouth shut 😉
