Hi all, any ideas appreciated. The rapid burner ( wok ) burner comes on very low as though theres a blockage in the system. It was working fine then suddenly over night I’m reduced to a low flame. Any ideas or tips on how I can investigate? The cooker has just run out of warranty. Its about 14 months old. Typical isnt it!
    Thanks

    Hi Comfy,

I’m afraid that’s an CORGI engineer job and unless you are a CORGI RGI then you should not attempt to even investigate it. Gas leaks kill, it’s that simple and you’d have to strip it down most likely to find the cause.

The only thing I can suggest you try is to lift up the burner cap and body and give it a good clean, other than that it’s a case of getting someone in to have a look.
