Hello All – New to this forum.

Looking for some much needed help please. 😀

Have had a SMEG A2 for about a year, recently it seems to overheat.
It seems to cook about for about 30 mins and then the temperature goes though the roof and burns the lot.
The whole oven has been cleaned.

Is this a common fault ?
Anybody point me in the right direction please.

    Cheers

Sounds like a simple thermostat failure in the oven.

    Try Repairs@ for a local repairer. 😉

    OK Cheers.
Is this a common Failure with SMEG’s, It’s only a year old.
I’m used to having ovens that require no maintenance 🙂

No, it’s not a common failure at all. In fact to be fair, we don’t see that many problems on a local level with the Smeg range cookers but Google finds us. 😉
