smeg A2 element replacement

Could someone please advise how you change the fan element on a smeg A2 oven, is it from the rear of the oven?

From the rear and from inside the oven cavity itself 😉

thanks Dave, do you know where i could get one of these elements from as the cooker is being removed for a new floor to be layed and I’ll have the opportunity to replace it while it’s disconnected from the mains!!! 🙂

You need to do it from both ends 🙂

It won’t I’m afraid, no spare parts do…

There’s loads of info in the forums here though about replacing fan elements on cookers, the same basic principal applies 🙂
