    Hi, does anyone know how you gain access to the smeg A2 oven selector switch? I have removed the knobs and facia but can’t see how the panel behind is easily removed?

    typical with a lot of these range cookers the top has to come off

    With the facia off there are 2 screws 1 each end on the top left and top right hand side plus 2 screws with metal brackets close to there other screws the whole front will raise up and there are brackets on both ends that hold it up if this doesn’t make any sense to you post some pictures and I can point to exact location kai

    Thanks Kai yes I see the 2 screens you mean, look a bit awkward to get to but I’ll give it a go. Metal bracket screws are straight forward. Thanks

    Yes the 1 on the pack panel that’s the only 1 that needs to come out
