    Can anyone help me with the part number for the 140C thermostat that controls the fan delay on this cooker?
    Looking at the manual is like the proverbial needle in haystack 😀
    Didn’t want to end up ordering a transformer or a nut!

    Yeah, I see what you mean 😕

    As there are two fan motors both will require a thermostat and according to the parts list there are two of part number 818730583 so I have to assume it’s that one.

    It may be worth checking though http://www.smeg-service.co.uk

    the only thing is they are different temperatures! one is 90C (top oven)
    I might go on Smegs live chat thingy tomorrow and bug them 😉
