    Morning all,

My dishwasher is filling up but when just whirs and doesn’t actually spray and water. I had someone around to look at it who told me it was the circulation motor, he’s really busy at the moment and is struggling for time to come and fix it.

I have found the part, the good people at UK Whitegoods helped me identify the correct motor which is now on its way. I was told that with some half decent DIY skills, they’re relatively easy to fit. I’m keen to get this up and running as soon as possible.

I know this may be a long winded question but if I was to have a go at this myself, would anybody be able to provide me with some really rough instructions, wouldn’t really know where to start. I am generally OK with mending things etc, just not lifted the hood on a dishwasher before. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

If it makes any difference, it’s a Smeg DI6FABP2.

    Thanks in advance.

    Tom
