smeg condenser dryer

hi ive been to a smeg dry72bk condenser dryer it runs for about 1-2 mins stops then the empty container and on/off lights flash twice then pause continuously i ve checked for the usual blockages but no sign of anything is this a error code???? this is the first one of these ive been to ,

any ideas????
