    Hi, the machine runs but doesn’t heat. Heater good. Had 240v at heater but no neutral. After about 40 mins it goes into fault mode. All 5 programme lights on the left come on and the 2 left hand wash lights come on as well. I checked the wiring and it seemed to me that the heater was wired straight to the control board. I had resistence in the thermister on the inside of the door. Can this mean a control board please? cheers Rob

    Yup straight to the board, so it’s the likely culprit. P/no 811650430.

    Wiring diagram in your in-box.
