Earlier today I was doing an ISE install ( No: 48 8) ) customer happens to mention a problem with her Smeg integrated dishwasher, she says she cannot fit her largest plates in the lower basket. I though, just move the upper basket up, but no. For some strange reason that I cannot fathom, the upper basket has two sets of wheels, or lugs to fit wheels to raise the basket on on its right hand side, but there is nothing on the left side of the basket to attach a second set of wheels to allow the basket to be raised. What on earth is the point of that, has the basket been made incorrectly?
Model is a DW1612C Nr 0520995

Jim, you just lift the basket the one side, then allows bigger stuff on the lower but on that one side only.

I wondered about that, damned stupid if you ask me.
