dwi612c has a 3rd light flash code customer thinking its getting to hot only part i can see on connect is Thermal cut out : Door anyone advise before i go back and take a look

if you mean third light from the left on and end light flashing then its listed as the ntc disonnected. Needless to say it never is simply disconnected or even failed, IME. check the top arm is not blocked as it needs this one spinning to read the correct temperature. NTC is in the door, screwed next to the dispenser.
