pcb, you should always get at least some lights showing. That one though has seperate pcb’s for the lights/display which could be the problem. Obvioulsy a ribbon cable connects to the main pcb and it is possible to fit this back to front, has anyone else looked at it before you? Just a thought.
If the main pcb is blown, I always quote for all the boards as I have been caught out too many times with a working machine with no lights showing.

Customer insists it has never been touched but the PCB behind the buttons was loose and the black insulation tape around the door loom at the bottom had been ‘opened’. It could just be a case of her pushing too hard on the buttons though.
She wants a sub £75 fix because she is moving out shortly so it looks like another one bites the dust. 😥
One very strange thing I did notice, there were about 8 tiny rubber/plastic rings loose inside the door panel. :con:
£75 having a laugh comes to mind!
sounds like the rubber rings may be from the push buttons, the pcb’s do come loose in those things if pressed to hard.
