smeg d/washer dwf 64sse

we have a smeg d/w that only ticks and nowt else checked all componants
they seem to be ok help please 😯

any flashing lights? error codes? Have you checked the dispenser coil for open circuit? Where is the ticking noise coming from?

Sounds to me like the diverter motor on the instantaneous water heater has given up.

Hi 4 lights on it 1 and 3 are on after 40 or 50 seconds they all come on at first and then it ticks thanks Barry 🙄

Lights 1 and 3 are the diverter valve as Gegsy suggested 🙂
